Ich hatte eine Hysterektomie, zusätzlich wurden m…ehrere Stücken Darm und 9 Lymphknoten sowie anderes Gewebe entfernt, trainiere, damit ich das Stoma wieder loswerden kann. The weights seem ok but apart from telling you how to look after them there no mention of from a beginner how long one as to leave them in so in that respect disappointment in deed
I found these kegel tings rubbish. I spoke to a professional physiotherapists. She questiond them. Also I found they were not fit for purpose. Keep up with your pelvic floor exercises. Peace out
